SCHEDULE A TOUR

  • Valley Lofts is located in the former Ramada Plaza on the Bowman Hospitality Campus in Hagerstown, Maryland (I-81, Exit 5A), just one mile north of the I-81/I-70 interchange.

  • Leases are a minimum of 30 days with options to renew every 30 days. For longer terms and rates, contact the leasing office.

  • Residents can renew every 30 days via auto-renewal. Contact the leasing office about renewal terms and rates.

  • No. Valley Lofts does not require renter’s insurance at this time.

  • Yes. To schedule a tour of Valley Lofts, fill out our contact form or contact the leasing office via phone (301-331-1513) or email (leasing@valleyloftshagerstown.com).

  • Contact the leasing office to begin the application process.

  • Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable); if approved, the application fee will be applied to the first month’s rent.

    Security Deposit: an amount equal to one month’s rent.

  • Move-in costs include the first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Because utilities are included, there are no utility deposits or setup fees.

  • Yes. Valley Lofts works well for employers, hospitals, and staffing agencies housing traveling or relocating staff. Contact the leasing office about corporate housing arrangements.

  • Your monthly rent includes water/sewer, electric, heating/cooling, cable TV, and gigabit Wi-Fi. TV and Wi-Fi are provided through Antietam Broadband.

  • Gigabit Wi-Fi from Antietam Broadband runs at a speed of 1 Gbps for both uploads and downloads, which is fast enough for video calls, streaming, and most remote work.

  • No. Everything is set up and ready to go when you move in.

  • One and two-bedroom residential suites are currently available for rent.

  • BEDROOM: Queen Bed, Dresser, Night Stands

    DINING ROOM: Dining Table, Chairs

    LIVING ROOM: Sleeper Sofa, Credenza, Coffee Table, End Tables, LED TV

  • No. You can certainly bring your own furniture if you’d like.

  • A full-size refrigerator, a fully-integrated dishwasher, a cooktop, and a convection/microwave oven.

  • Yes. Each suite comes with its own washer and dryer.

    Additionally, there is a large laundry room adjacent to the Spin 2 Cyle fitness center located on the first floor.

  • Yes. Valley Lofts is a pet-friendly facility. Pets incur an additional fee of $100/month that is added to your monthly rent. Contact the leasing office for restrictions regarding pet types, sizes, and weight limits.

  • No. Valley Lofts is a non-smoking facility.

  • Yes. Our Spin 2 Cycle fitness center is on-site, open 24/7, and free for residents. The fitness center can be accessed by electronic key fob.

  • No. However, Valley Lofts residents receive complimentary access to the pools at our neighboring hotels on the Bowman Hospitality Campus:

    • Holiday Inn Express

    • Home2 Suites by Hilton

    • Homewood Suites by Hilton

    • Tru by Hilton

  • Yes. Zach Greenlee’s Fireside Restaurant & Lounge is on-site.

  • Yes. Free, secure, on-site parking is available for all residents.

  • Yes. Elevator access serves every floor. To request a reasonable accommodation, please contact the leasing office.

  • Yes. Conference and banquet space is available to rent for meetings, celebrations, and gatherings. Contact the leasing office for availability and rates.

  • Access to Valley Lofts is controlled by an electronic key fob and keypad access code system. At the start of the tenancy, each resident will be given a key fob and personal access code.

  • Yes. There are four hotels located on the Bowman Hospitality Campus, all within 0.5 miles of Valley Lofts.
